Before you

Can I form a US LLC if I live outside the United States?

Yes. Most states allow non-residents to own and register an LLC, and the whole process can usually be completed remotely. We'll recommend a state based on your business and coordinate the filing.

How long does the full US setup take?

Typically 2–3 weeks overall. Formation usually takes 5–7 business days, the IRS issues the EIN in 1–3 weeks for non-residents, and bank approval takes 1–2 weeks. These are typical ranges, not guarantees.

Do I need to travel to the US to open a bank account?

Not for a digital business bank account, which can be opened remotely. Traditional banks usually require an ITIN and an in-person branch visit. We can prepare your documents and guide you, but you would need to attend the branch yourself.

Why is website, CRM and marketing part of Business Setup?

Because a registered company still has to be found and trusted, and needs a way to handle enquiries. Delivering the digital launch with formation means one partner, one timeline and no gap between "registered" and "open for business".

Do you guarantee visa, bank or payment approvals?

No. Final decisions are made by governments, immigration authorities, banks, payment providers and employers. What we promise is a well-prepared application, a clear process and honest communication.

How is pricing decided?

Consultations are free. After we understand your requirements, we send you a clear written quote. State filing fees and government fees are always shown separately.
