Tax Filing &Compliance.
Federal and state filings for your US company, done correctly and on time, with every deadline tracked so you never pay a penalty you didn't need to.
US company compliance doesn't stop because your company had a quiet year. Some of the largest penalties apply to filings people didn't know they had to make.
Every US company has annual federal and state obligations. What you file depends on how the company is structured and who owns it. A single-member LLC owned by a non-resident is treated very differently from a multi-member LLC or a corporation.
For example, a foreign-owned single-member LLC generally has to file Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 every year to report transactions with its owner, even when it has no US income. The IRS penalty for failing to file is significant, currently $25,000 per form.
We identify exactly which returns apply to you, prepare and file them, file your state annual report to keep your company in good standing, and track every deadline in your compliance calendar. Where specialist tax advice is needed, we work with qualified US tax professionals.

Questions,
answered.
My LLC made no money. Do I still need to file?
Usually, yes. Foreign-owned single-member LLCs generally have to file Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 every year, regardless of income, and most states require an annual report.
Will my LLC pay US tax?
It depends on your structure and on whether your income is connected with a US trade or business. Many foreign-owned LLCs with no US operations owe no US federal income tax, but still have to file. We'll explain your position after reviewing your activity.
What about beneficial ownership (BOI) reporting?
FinCEN significantly narrowed BOI reporting in 2025, exempting US-formed companies. Rules in this area have changed several times, so we confirm the current requirements for your company during onboarding.
Do I need to collect US sales tax?
Sales tax is set state by state and depends on where your customers are and how much you sell there. We'll flag where it may apply to you and refer you to specialists if needed.
Can you file past-due returns?
Yes. We can help bring overdue filings up to date and advise on the options available for late filing.
Stay in good standing.
One missed filing can cost far more than a year of compliance support. Let us track every date for you.
