Overview
We want every client to be confident before paying. That's why consultations are free and every engagement starts with a written quote.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started work on your engagement, you are eligible for a refund of our service fee, less any payment processing fees that cannot be recovered.
After work begins
Once work has started, for example documents prepared or filings submitted, our service fee for completed work is non-refundable. Where a service is only partly delivered, we may offer a pro-rated refund for work not yet performed.
Government & third-party fees
State filing fees, government fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or submitted, as they are paid to agencies and providers on your behalf.
Third-party decisions
Refunds are not provided because an independent third party (a bank, payment provider, government agency or employer) declines an application, since those decisions are outside our control. We will always help you understand the options available.
Recurring services
Monthly services such as bookkeeping or marketing can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your payment reference by WhatsApp or phone (+91 98736 11180). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
